Front porch extension with sliding door, timber cladding with railing and redirection of stairs to provide safer access into doorway to front of property. Infill of boundary fence with gates at the rear of the property. Shed conversion to study with roof lights, lean to store building for storage and internal and external changes.

T1 Sycamore - Fell tree. T2 Cherry - Fell tree. T3 Laurel - Prune crown to allow 2m clearance of building and prune back by 2m from height and 2m from lateral limbs. T4 Hazel - Thin crown by removing the 10% largest stems. T5 Apple - Fell tree. TG6 - 1 x Laurel, 5 x Holly and 1x Sycamore group (smaller trees along fence line at boundary) - Fell trees. T7 Ash - Prune back by 4m from height and 1m from lateral limbs. T8 Ash - Prune back by 4m from height and 1m from lateral limbs. T9 Maple (Norway) - Prune back by 3m from height and 1-2m from lateral limbs. T10 Maple (Norway) - Prune back by 3m from height and 1-2m from lateral limbs. T11 Sycamore - Fell tree. T12 Yew - Prune back to boundary line to stop contact with shed roof.

Change of use of adjacent strip of land from agriculture to residential in order to incorporate within the residential curtilage, and retention of hardstanding for off-street parking, a chicken coop, a shed and bee hives with associated landscaping, fencing and gate RETROSPECTIVE APPLICATION
