Variation of condition Nos. 2 (Approved Plans) and 7 (Gradient) of planning permission reference 19/04556/FULL1 (dated 17 July 2020 for erection of first floor extension to existing dwelling incorporating new roof, front porch, pitched roof over existing garage, elevational alterations and landscaping including fencing and retaining walls, formation of access on to Berens Way and subdivision of the plot and resulting building to form pair of semidetached dwellings) to allow; - Fenestration changes through the approved building - Rewording and amendment of condition 7 (The gradient of the new vehicular access shall not exceed 1:8 at any point)

Alterations to front porch, demolition of existing side lean-to structure. Fenestration alterations to front, side and rear elevations including addition of oriel window to rear. Construction of a larger rear terrace, widening of patio steps and trellis above rear fence

Removal of existing kitchen and conservatory lean to and construction of a single storey rear extension. Addition of a new entry doorway and window to the side of the building. Addition of a timber and glazed lean-to infill to the side of the building, fixed to the existing concrete fence.

Minor material amendment to application 19/00399/FULL6 under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of condition 2 (approved plans) granted for - part one/two storey side and rear extension, two storey front extension with gable, 3 rear dormers, front and side brick boundary wall with railings and pillars and entrance gates fronting onto Leesons Hill and Bridgewater Close and side boundary fence max height 1.8m and re-landscaping of front garden - to allow for the addition of a front porch, widening or front doors, horizontal coursing details to render at ground floor, removal of window and repositioning of window to ground floor east elevation, and alterations to window to ground floor west elevation.
