T1 Oak in the front garden close to the right hand boundary (20m in height x 6m crown spread) - Reduce in height by approximately 2m. Reduce lateral branches overhanging the garage by approximately 3m.

T1 Dead Cherry tree - Section fell to as close to ground level as practicable. T2 Unknown species adjacent to garage - Cut overhanging branches from front drive to the far side of the garage back to boundary as high as can be reached with ladders and pole equipment. T3 Sweet Chestnut - Remove epicormic growth from main stem.

T1 & T2 Neighbouring Lime trees on right hand boundary of garage - Cut back all vegetation overhanging the garage back to boundary, including re-shaping of 1 small Holly tree. H1 Mixed hedge on front boundary - Trim back the height and both sides of previous seasons re-growth to create a tight and compact hedge, including re-growth on the left hand boundary hedge, client's side only. T3 & T4 Plum on rear right hand boundary - Reduce the height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 2.5m, shape accordingly and remove major deadwood. Crown lift to approximately 2m above ground level. T6 Multi-stemmed Holly on rear left hand boundary - Reduce the overall height by up to 3m and trim and shape the remaining canopy to create a more compact and balanced form. T8 Pear adjacent to the rear decking area - Reduce the height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1.5m, maintaining a natural shape and remove major deadwood. T9 Oak adjacent to the rear decking area - Reduce the height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1m, maintaining a natural shape and remove major deadwood. T10 Ash on rear boundary - Remove a selection of small lower laterals on lowest limb extending towards out building along with deadwood.

G1 Lawson Cypress on rear boundary - Crown reduce the overall height by up to 1.5m and trim and shape the remaining canopy to create a more compact and balanced form. T6 Sweet Chestnut on rear left hand boundary, leaning heavily over neighbouring garage - Section fell as close to ground level as possible.

T1 Decaying Ash in the woodland to the rear of the property - Dismantle leaving stump cut as close as possible to ground level. SUBJECT TO TPO 208 (12.7.1984) The following trees are NOT protected by the TPO: G1 Line of Mature Beech across rear boundary - Thin height of crowns reducing back to growth points, shortening height as permitted. Cut back shortening laterally and crown lift over the field side to match the house side. T2 Oak on drive to right as you exit - Reduce height by 1.5m and up to 1.5m laterally to match. T3 Oak on drive to right as you exit - Reduce height by 2m and up to 2m laterally to match. T4 Oak in laurel hedge - Reduce height by 3m and up to 3m laterally to match. T5 Roadside Oak over garage - Lift crown and cut lower main limb back to the point it splits into two.

T1 Oak - Reduce size of crown by 10% (approx. 1m all over) taking back to suitable growth points and shape to keep a balanced crown. Thin the canopy by 20% and remove dead wood. T2 Lime - Reduce the canopy by 1-2m taking back to suitable growth points. Reduce lateral spread all round by 1m. Remove trunk epicormic growth up to 4m and raise the low dropping branches to 4m. G1 Leylandii - Cut back all the lateral growth over the boundary line taking back to main stem or boundary line. G2 Prunus & Hawthorn - Cut back all the lateral growth over the boundary line taking back to main stem or boundary line and remove the branches from above the garage roof. SUBJECT TO TPO BB 12 1963

G4 Group of Sycamores in the rear garden to the rear boundary on the left hand side - Remove dead and diseased wood. Fell to ground level and poison 1x Young Sycamore adjacent to neighbouring garage. Remove lowest limb overhanging neighbouring garage. SUBJECT TO TPO 504A (9.8.1988)

T1 Sycamore - Remove low lateral branches over and behind the garage roof to give 1m clearance all round. Raise the low branches over the garden to 5m taking back to main stem including trunk epicormic growth. T2 Hawthorn - Reduce all over by 1m and cut back over hang to boundary line, shape to keep a balanced crown. T3 Maple - Remove x3 low large lateral branches over the clients garden taking back to main stem.

Large Pine tree at front of property - Reduce to ground level. Robinia and Holly - Prune back lower branches overhanging garage roof by approximately 3m. Row of Conifer trees at side of house - Reduce height by 2m and prune sides by 1.5m. Cherry and Hawthorn trees - Prune back by approximately 2m. Row of overgrown Holly trees at rear boundary fence - Reduce height by approx 3m and prune back by 2m. Overgrown Conifer on garden fence line - Dismantle and remove.

T1 Beech (approximately 17m in height) in front garden - Reduce length of lower lateral branch extending over garage of No. 38 back to near boundary to a suitable union (one cut approximately 250-300mm). Reduce branches on the south-east side of tree by approximately 3-4m and remove similar amounts at the top (numerous cuts approximately 50-75mm).
