London Plane Tree in middle of rear garden - Crown reduce by 1.5m all over and remove 1 lower limb from the canopy that overhangs the garden towards the house.

Damson and Bay near house - Re-prune by approximately 1.5-2m. 5 trees at bottom of garden (Rowan, Bay, Snakeshead Maple, Damson and Ornamental Cherry) - Prune by approximately 1.5-2m to level of horizontal gutters at the back of 23 Norlands Crescent, Chislehurst.

Lime tree to the right hand side of the roadside boundary of the care home - Reduce by approximately 2.5m. SUBJECT TO TPO 1279 (20.3.1996)

T1 Leylandii near pool area - Fell. T2 Oak group (x5) - Reduce crowns by 2m and thin by 20%, also to clear around telephone cables. T3 Cherry and Cedar growing together - Reduce in height by 2m. T4 Wild Cherry near mews house - Fell. T5 Mixed group along driveway, Maple, Poplar, Hawthorn - Reduce branches growing over the driveway back to curb edge. T6 Large Leylandii - Fell.

(T1 & T2) 2 x Norway Maples - Cut back 5m lateral boughs by 2m to leave 3m branches to clear neighbours house and remove deadwood.

T1 and T2 - x2 Large Thuja trees growing on the left-hand side - Reduce in height by 3m. Reduce the lateral branches of the resulting trees by approximately 0.5m to reshape all round, attempting to retain a conical form where possible. Remove major deadwood. T3 - x10 Golden Conifer trees growing on the right-hand side - Reduce the side lateral growth by approximately 0.25m all round. Reduce and prune the top extended side regrowth to from between 0.25m-0.5m to create a finished conical form where possible, and tidy. Remove major deadwood. T4 - x1 Yew Tree in the far right-hand corner - Reduce the side growth all round to reduce the over-hang to the garden of Harcourt House. Reduce and prune the top regrowth to create a conical form where possible and tidy, matching the finished height of the x10 Golden Conifer trees. Remove major deadwood. T5 - x1 Laurel Bush - Reduce by approximately 0.5m in height, i.e. down to the height of the branches that bend and curls to the right. Trim the remaining Laurel and reshape. Trim back the branches which are growing over next doors garden in the far left-hand corner to clear obstruction. Trim back to clear obstruction to the Thuja and tidy. T6 - x1 Dead Conifer growing within the trees opposite the house at right-angles to the end of the row of Conifer trees (approximately the 4th tree from the end of the Conifers) - Fell to ground level. T11 Large Sycamore, overhanging building and parking area - Fell in sections to near ground level. T16 Leyland Cypress in rear garden of Gate House with dieback and overhanging boundary fence toward public highway - Reduce height by approx 4m. Trim remaining hard back to shape and tidy but retain green covering. T318 Large Sycamore on west boundary, over neighbouring property and school - Fell in sections to near ground level. T73 Medium Ash overhanging boundary toward public highway, dieback in crown and large cavity/decay area at base - Fell in sections to near ground level. T4202 Oak over parking area with dieback and overextended branches on north side - Reduce overextended crown on northern side of tree back in to profile and to balance shape. Remove deadwood. T330 Large mature veteran Oak within play area of junior school, with dieback in upper crown. - Reduce crown by approx 2m overall to shape and balance, ensuring all cuts are made to secondary live lateral branches to maintain natural shape and appearance. T63 Silver Birch with excessive lean and bacterial canker staining on stem. - Fell to ground level. G1 Group of 10 large Apple and 2 early mature Oak on north side of sports field - Prune to reduce crowns of all trees by approx 1-2m to manage size, and to shape and tidy. Thin crown of Apple trees by removal of crossing and crowded branches as required.

Sycamore & Beech outside 2 Henderson Grove - Remove the lower branches up to the height of the gutter on the house, leaving the height and spread of the remaining crown to maintain overall crown appearance SUBJECT TO TPO 1204 (29.3.1995)
