T2 Oak on right hand side of rear garden - Reduce back upper crown overhanging lawn area by 1.5-1.8m of the branch length. Remove epicormic growth on garden side. T3 Multi-stemmed Sycamore on right hand side of back boundary in rear garden - Remove epicormic growth and 1x lowest horizontal limb overhanging shed roof.

Yaupon Holly - Fell to ground level. Ash - Sever/remove ivy to 1.5m and check for cavities, weak unions or decay. Cypress Stump - Fell decayed stump.
