Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Conditions 2, 3, 5, 6 and 14 pursuant to planning permission reference 17/01895/FULL1 (granted for seven detached houses with reconfigured access) to enable the following: - Minor adjustments to proposed trees and extent of paving to pathways. - Adjustment to boundary fencing of Plot 1, 2 and 7. - Changes to proposed drainage layouts. - Changes to Remediation Strategy.

Variation of Condition No. 1 to allow for Minor material amendments to planning permission granted under ref. 18/00687/FULL1 for demolition of existing dwelling and garages and erection of a detached replacement two storey four bedroom dwelling with accommodation in the roofspace and raised patio - to allow for reduction in width by 790mm, reduction in width of chimney, variations to proposed materiality including the omission of render at ground floor level and reinstating 2 no. trees along the Orchard Cottage boundary that were previously proposed for removal and the planting of 2 no. semi-mature trees to the No. 3 border.
