Variation of condition 2 of permission 20/02372/FULL1 (granted for re-development of site comprising extensions and elevational alterations to rear building, demolition and replacement/extension of middle building and extensions and elevational alterations to front building, with resultant buildings converted to provide 6 residential flats, 3 live-work units and 3 self-contained offices (Class B1(a)) together with the creation of private amenity areas for each unit, balconies to front building, refuse and cycle storage, widening of crossover, provision of parking turntable and 5 off-street car parking spaces) to allow enlargement of and layout changes to flats within the rear building and the formation of cantilevered balconies associated with these units (Units 1 - 4 consecutive), the lowering of the ridge of the rear building and amended roof profile, reconfiguration of parking spaces and car parking turntable and associated amendment to the wall of the middle building and door to commercial studios, and the omission of the front gate.

Removal or variation of condition No. 5 of planning permission reference 08/02259/FULL6 (dated 25 March 2009 for retention of single storey side extension and demolition of garage) to remove Condition No. 5 or to vary Condition No. 5 to apply only to buildings or other structures under Class E, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the General Permitted Development Order.
