Amendment to planning ref 19/02465/FULL1: 1) A site survey has confirmed the site boundary is shorter than the planning consented plan. The dimension should be 23007mm (not 27976mm). Around 4969mm shorter. 2) On the ground floor, the proposed shop extension will be 4969mm shorter. 3) On the first floor, the proposed green roof space will be 4969mm shorter whilst the proposed residential build remain the same as per previous consented drawing.
