Amendment to planning application ref 17/05543/FULL1 Replacing the approved boundary fence and wall types with an alternative design.

Application under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection the planning permission reference 21/00570/FULL1 dated 28th July, 2021 for the demolition of existing buildings (Land adjacent to Edgebury Primary School) and erection of a single storey new SEND school with associated pedestrian and vehicular access, car park, pick-up and drop-off space, outdoor play area, MUGA and landscaping to allow the following amendment: - Adjustment to the internal courtyards/layout, windows, doors, louvres, finials, capping to the parapets changed to gutter and gutting and roofing system. - Installation of safety railing, a flue connecting to the science classroom, and additional solar PV panel at roof level and a gas cylinder cage -Reposition of the school signage to the edge of the canopy - Enclosure details for a metal container and bin stores and provision of child play equipment. - Adjustment to fencing, gates and footpath between No.23 and 25 Edgebury by 500m to avoid tree root.

Amendment to previous planning permission ref: 22/02299/FULL6 To alter the siting of the garden fence and gate to bring them in line with the proposed area to house the garden outbuilding as opposed to it jutting in to meet where the current gate is positioned.
