S96A Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for a non-material amendment in connection the planning permission reference 20/00300/FULL1 dated 31st July 2020 for the provision of 25 new dwellings comprising of 10 x 1 bed and 15 x 2 bed and realignment of Burnt Ash Lane public car park to provide 84 parking spaces, including with 15 residential parking spaces to amend: - - Removal of ground level stair core windows - External materials to the buildings (brick slip, balcony panels) - Installation of soil pipes and rainwater goods; and - Adjustment to Terrace B stair case at first floor.

Non-material amendment to Phase C2: Care Home for removal of guarding/ balustrade to some windows, new corridor windows in courtyard and east elevation, handing of and new windows/doors for planning permission granted under ref 18/00443/FULL1 for the redevelopment of the site to provide 280 residential units (Use Class C3), a Use Class C2 care home for the frail elderly, retention of the sports pavilion, retention of the spine road, provision of open space and associated works.
