Amendment to planning application 21/04439/FULL1 (granted for the erection of three storey rear extension and erection of single storey roof extension to create 9no. apartments with associated works) to allow retention of existing plant room, cycle store to the north-east rear corner of the site, enclosed bin store to the north corner behind the sliding gates, alteration to parking spaces and addition of EV charging points, alterations to the internal layout and addition of 2no. smoke shafts and service risers, amendment to layout of Flats 22 and 24 of the approved plans to include provision of en-suite and repositioning of living and bedrooms with privacy screen to balcony, elevational alterations and privacy screen added at second floor level, and the continuation of the second lift to the rear north elevation for use by the third floor occupiers.

Extensions to rear at ground and first floors, rear roof dormer and conversion of property into five self-contained flats. Erection of single-storey outbuilding landscaping and alterations to front to provide off street parking, cycle and bin stores. Non-material amendment to planning ref: 17/01955/FULL1 (allowed on appeal under reference APP/G5180/W/17/3186752 for the re-development of the site comprising the demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 2 two storey buildings with basements and accommodation in roof space, each comprising 3 no. two bedroom flats (6 flats in total) including formation of lightwells, associated landscaping, cycle and car parking and formation of vehicular access) in order to remove the railings and gates along the southern and eastern boundaries of the site, to augment the hedgerow along these boundaries with planting and allow the installation of raised planters to either side of the site entrances, each containing a feature tree.
