T1 Decaying Ash in the woodland to the rear of the property - Dismantle leaving stump cut as close as possible to ground level. SUBJECT TO TPO 208 (12.7.1984) The following trees are NOT protected by the TPO: G1 Line of Mature Beech across rear boundary - Thin height of crowns reducing back to growth points, shortening height as permitted. Cut back shortening laterally and crown lift over the field side to match the house side. T2 Oak on drive to right as you exit - Reduce height by 1.5m and up to 1.5m laterally to match. T3 Oak on drive to right as you exit - Reduce height by 2m and up to 2m laterally to match. T4 Oak in laurel hedge - Reduce height by 3m and up to 3m laterally to match. T5 Roadside Oak over garage - Lift crown and cut lower main limb back to the point it splits into two.

T1 Oak - Reduce size of crown by 10% (approx. 1m all over) taking back to suitable growth points and shape to keep a balanced crown. Thin the canopy by 20% and remove dead wood. T2 Lime - Reduce the canopy by 1-2m taking back to suitable growth points. Reduce lateral spread all round by 1m. Remove trunk epicormic growth up to 4m and raise the low dropping branches to 4m. G1 Leylandii - Cut back all the lateral growth over the boundary line taking back to main stem or boundary line. G2 Prunus & Hawthorn - Cut back all the lateral growth over the boundary line taking back to main stem or boundary line and remove the branches from above the garage roof. SUBJECT TO TPO BB 12 1963

G4 Group of Sycamores in the rear garden to the rear boundary on the left hand side - Remove dead and diseased wood. Fell to ground level and poison 1x Young Sycamore adjacent to neighbouring garage. Remove lowest limb overhanging neighbouring garage. SUBJECT TO TPO 504A (9.8.1988)

T1 Beech (approximately 17m in height) in front garden - Reduce length of lower lateral branch extending over garage of No. 38 back to near boundary to a suitable union (one cut approximately 250-300mm). Reduce branches on the south-east side of tree by approximately 3-4m and remove similar amounts at the top (numerous cuts approximately 50-75mm). T1 Yew on rear left hand boundary - Crown reduce overall height and radial laterals by up to 2m and shape remaining canopy. T1 Beech on left hand side of garage entrance - Reduce height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 2.5m and shape accordingly. T3 Lime on front corner - Cut back to main trunk all side laterals overhanging footpath and street post. T4 & T5 Oak on front boundary - Lift lower canopies to provide approximately 5m clearance from ground level on road side only. Please note, there is a branch that has partially split that is extending over road - this branch is to be fully removed. Remove major deadwood overhanging footpath and road. T1 Dead Laurel - Fell. T2 Leylandii group forming a hedge on the slope - Reduce height to approx 4m to maintain as a hedge. T3 Leylandii in the corner of the garden - Reduce the height to approx 5m. T4 Large Oak by the garage showing indications of decline - Remove significant dead wood. T5 Large Oak against the front of the house - Remove significant dead wood. Reduce the branch over the house back to clearly identified branch fork on the attached photo (ie by approx. 4m). Reduce the other branch by approx. 2m to reshape and balance. T6 & T7 Large Oaks - Remove significant dead wood. T8 Cedar - Remove snapped out large hung up branch. T9 Tall Holly by the building corner - Reduce the height to approx. 5m. T10 Laurel trunk from next door, breaking the fence - Cut back to boundary. T11 Large Oak behind the Holly - Remove significant dead wood. Island in pond: 1 x Willow - Pollard to previous pruning points. Small Willow on side of bank - Fell to ground level. Willow (by bridge) - Reduce and shape crown by 2m leaving 4m. Rear boundary area: Various Hollies - Reduce height by approx. 4m. Line of Leylandii in front of Mitsubishi garage - Reduce height by approx. 4m and cut back on Alders side. Oak (by stream) - Cut back lateral spread growing towards flats by 2m and remove trunk growth. Horse Chestnut (adjacent to Leylandii hedge) - Remove low limb and cut back lateral crown spread growing over lawn area by 2m leaving 4-5m. Scots Pine - Remove low limb and reduce crown overhanging neighbours garden by approx. 2m leaving 3m, and remove deadwood. Small Ash (leaning over road) - Fell to ground level. Pond area: Mixed species group of trees mainly consisting of Sycamore/Alder/Ash - Thin out trees with dense crowns by 10% and raise crown to 5m, and remove deadwood. SUBJECT TO TPO 518 (3.3.1988)
