Unit 34 can only be used as a 'learning centre' within Use Class F. 1 outlined in red; 2. Unit 78-79 can be used for as a cafe/restaurant/takeaway outlined in blue; and 3. Unit 97 can only be used as a 'restaurant' within Use Class E(b) outlined in green.
