Replacement of defective render to the gables of the gatehouse over the East and West ranges 7. External redecoration of southern elevation 8. Replacement of rotten and defective timer frame to North elevation 9. Isolated bricks/replacement, where bricks are missing together with localised re-pointing of defective mortar 10. Removal of asbestos boarding and reinstatement of soffit.
