Minor Material Amendment seeking changes to approved application (Ref: DC/19/03545/FULL1 and DC/19/03546/LBC) for the Old Town Hall Phase of development to include the omission of the link bridge and roof level dormers within the 1907 building, reconfiguration of the courtyard landscaping, minor oversail of hotel façade, alterations to the 1939 courtyard facing dormer roof, reduction in size and repositioning of the conservation skylights, alterations to the main building entrance, provision of a new opening to pavilion terrace, replacement of courthouse floor, rationalisation of basement cycle storage and the addition of a restaurant use to the permitted drinking establishment use within the former Courthouse Building.
