T1 Magnolia - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 1m and crown thin by 20%. T2 Cherry Laurel - Trim all sides keeping the same shape as hard as practicable. T3 Lime - Remove epicormic growth on main stem to the union. T4 Fig tree - Reduce in height to fence line.

T1 London Plane, four metres inside the boundary fence, near to A233 footpath and road - Pollard by 50%.

T11 Large Sycamore, overhanging building and parking area - Fell in sections to near ground level. T16 Leyland Cypress in rear garden of Gate House with dieback and overhanging boundary fence toward public highway - Reduce height by approx 4m. Trim remaining hard back to shape and tidy but retain green covering. T318 Large Sycamore on west boundary, over neighbouring property and school - Fell in sections to near ground level. T73 Medium Ash overhanging boundary toward public highway, dieback in crown and large cavity/decay area at base - Fell in sections to near ground level. T4202 Oak over parking area with dieback and overextended branches on north side - Reduce overextended crown on northern side of tree back in to profile and to balance shape. Remove deadwood. T330 Large mature veteran Oak within play area of junior school, with dieback in upper crown. - Reduce crown by approx 2m overall to shape and balance, ensuring all cuts are made to secondary live lateral branches to maintain natural shape and appearance. T63 Silver Birch with excessive lean and bacterial canker staining on stem. - Fell to ground level. G1 Group of 10 large Apple and 2 early mature Oak on north side of sports field - Prune to reduce crowns of all trees by approx 1-2m to manage size, and to shape and tidy. Thin crown of Apple trees by removal of crossing and crowded branches as required.

T2 Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) on rear right, between the church fence - Dismantle. T3 (064) Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) on rear left side of drive - Climb to reduce the stem overhanging the neighbouring property by approximately 3m in height from 16m to 13m and average radial spread by approximately 2m from 6m to 4m.

T1 Robinia - on front left hand boundary, adjacent to driveway to underground car park - Section fell to approximately 1.5m above ground level (approximately to the fence height) maintaining the stump for wildlife habitat, currently observed stag beetle larvae.

T1 Oak - Reduce height by 3m. Reduce crown spread to 5m radius all round and balance shape. Remove epicormic shoots below 5m. Deadwood crown. T2 Scots Pine - Remove section of split limb over boundary fence and lowest limb to south to boundary. T3 Scots Pine - Fell. T4 Sweet Chestnut - Cut back overhanging limbs to boundary. T5 Scots Pine - Remove ivy. Deadwood crown. Remove lowest live limb to south. T6 Scots Pine - Deadwood crown. Raise crown to level of large limb to west. T7 Yew - Trim back five branches to boundary. T9 Scots Pine - Remove ivy. Deadwood crown. Remove two lowest limbs to north and two lowest to west.

T1 Neighbours Sycamore - Cut back lateral boughs over garden by 3m to within 2m from fence. T2 Neighbours Oak - Remove 1 small low bough. T3 Neighbours Oak - Cut back lateral boughs to within 1m from fence. T4 Spruce - Remove low boughs to clear head height. T5 Walnut - Cut back lateral branches by 2m to clear garage by 1m. T6 Oak - Lift low branches over road to clear 5m.

T1 Pine located in the rear garden to the right hand side on the rear boundary Remove deadwood. G2 Row of Conifers located along the rear boundary - Remove or cut back low branches to give a 3m clearance from ground level. T3 Golden Macrocarpa located in the rear garden to the to the left hand side to the rear elevation of the building - Reduce length of all branches by up to 1.5 - 1.8m. Remove major dead branches, remove or cut back low branches to give a 3m clearance from ground level. T4 Conifer located in the middle of the rear garden towards the rear boundary - Remove or cut back low branches to give a 3m clearance from ground level. T5 Group of Bay located in the front garden to the right hand side adjacent to the house - Reduce height to gutter level, cut back over hang from side access to fence line, trim face and overhanging Conifers to tidy.

T1 - T8 Sycamore trees along front and side boundary - Lift the lower canopy to approximately 5m above ground level overhanging highway. (to include dead branches). G1 Sweet Chestnut trees on boundary with Oakleigh Park Avenue, up to chain link fence - Section fell to ground level a selection of small dead Chestnut trees along boundary. Lift the remaining trees to create a clearance of approximately 5m above ground level. T9 & T10 Ash trees on corner with adjacent road, obscuring lamp post - Section fell to approximately 2m above ground level leaving within boundary lines. Cut back any further vegetation from around lamp post.
