Estimated resultant height on completion of works (4m). T2 Goat Willow on rear boundary - Reduce height to approx 5m where main stem divides. Large Pine tree at front of property - Reduce to ground level. Robinia and Holly - Prune back lower branches overhanging garage roof by approximately 3m. Row of Conifer trees at side of house - Reduce height by 2m and prune sides by 1.5m. Cherry and Hawthorn trees - Prune back by approximately 2m. Row of overgrown Holly trees at rear boundary fence - Reduce height by approx 3m and prune back by 2m. Overgrown Conifer on garden fence line - Dismantle and remove.

T7 Leylandii - Remove lowest cluster of branches on garden side and tidy exposed trunk. T8 Cherry - Fell. Cut back all remaining boundary trees that are encroaching from lake side to previous pruning points above the fence.

T1 Apple - Reduce the height and spread by up to 1.5m, to previous reduction points, pruning the branches on the neighbours side harder to reduce overhang. T2 Yew x 2 on right boundary - Reduce height of tree closer to the house level in height with adjacent fence. Reduce second tree as appropriate to match the new height of the first tree.

G3 Line of 7 x Ash (with Yew tree located beneath) - Crown reduce by approximately 4m. Corner Of Kent House Road/ Kings Hall Road: G4 Ash x 4 - Reduce to previous points (approximately 3m). Trees Bordering Kings Hall Road: T6 Lime - Crown reduce by approximately 3m. T7, T8 Ash x 2 - Crown reduce by approximately 3m. T9 Ash - Crown reduce by approximately 3m. Ivy on fence - Cut back to the fence. T10 Yew - Cut back to in line with fence.
