T2 Dead Chamaecyparis lawsoniana (Lawson cypress) on rear left hand boundary - Dismantle tree in sections to as close to ground level as possible. T3 Tilia (Lime) on rear left hand boundary in neighbouring property (7 Denbridge Road) - Reduce all overhang back to boundary line, making sure to only remove smaller secondary growth. T4 Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) on rear boundary in neighbouring property (Flats at rear of 9 Denbridge Road) - Reduce all overhang back to boundary line, making sure to only remove smaller secondary growth.

Sycamore tree on the border with No. 18 - Reduce to the height of the flats behind both properties and remove any overhang. Oak tree - Reduce overhanging branches (the previous 2m reduction will need to be extended to a point that stops the Oak interfering with the view and growth of the specimen Conifer but will be kept to a minimum). Second Silver Birch tree to right rear of garden - Remove.

Maple tree & Silver Birch in front garden - Trim top branches of the Maple and bottom branches of the Silver Birch to balance. Holly in front garden - Shape. Conifer on left hand side of rear garden - Shape. Conifer on right hand of rear garden - Lift by approximately 1m and shape. Plum tree - Reduce by approximately 1.5m. Overhanging Oak tree in neighbouring garden - Reduce overhang by approximately 2m. Overhanging Yew tree in neighbouring garden - Trim and shape. x4 Miniature Apple trees, x1 Greengage, x1 Pear, x1 Sycamore & x1 Silver Birch touching flats on Foxgrove Road - Remove. Cherry tree in rear garden - Remove.

A1 Lime on front-left boundary, on the bank of Kyd Brook - Remove overgrown basal suckers growing out over pavement and toward the flats (the straighter ones will remain). A2 Various species along Kyd Brook (from adjacent to lime (A1) up to boundary wall at rear of adjacent property): i) Sycamore (300mm diameter): Remove basal suckers and 2 no. lowest branches; ii) Group of saplings (1 no. Ash, 2 no. Elder; 1 no. Elm) - Fell to ground level; iii) Sycamore (150mm diameter) - Section fell to ground level; iv) Lime (ivy-covered, 150mm diameter), adjacent to the above - Section fell to ground level; v) Privet (group adjacent to the above, up to boundary wall) - Fell to ground level; vi) Sycamore x2 (100mm diameter) - Section fell to as close to ground level as practicable. A3 Various species: Saplings (Holly, Ash, Sycamore), ivy and bramble etc. around Cotoneaster on front boundary, to right of pedestrian entrance (approx 8m linear section, up to the point where the tips of the elm branches are overhanging) - Grub out all saplings, cut down and treat the holly, brushcut the bramble and ivy to ground level and remove the lowest fork from the overhanging elm tree at the right hand end. Lightly prune the Cotoneaster, to shape. A4 Holly x5: Self sown trees growing to right side of entrance steps - Fell and treat stumps with Eco-Plugs to prevent regrowth. A5 Holly growing against low retaining wall adjacent to front right of building - Fell to ground level. A6 Elm (dead) on embankment (right boundary) adjacent to large poplars - Fell to ground level. A7 Ash and Elder overhanging rear lawn (right side) - Remove the lowest 2 no. major branches from the elder and the lowest limb from the ash (limb diameter approx 80mm).

Sycamore overshadowing neighbouring flats - Crown reduce by 2m. Hawthorne - Re-shape.

T1 Hawthorn - Trim back overhanging branches by 1.5-2m. T2 Lime - Reduce height by 3m and trim sides by 1-2m. T3 Yew - Remove. T4 Oak - Remove 1 lower branch and any dead wood. T5 & T7 Sycamore x2 - Thin by 20% and cut back branches touching neighbouring flats. T6 Ash - Reduce by half height. T8 Ash No 2 - Thin by 20%. T9 Ash No 3 - Reduce height by 6m.
