T1 Oak in the front garden close to the right hand boundary (20m in height x 6m crown spread) - Reduce in height by approximately 2m. Reduce lateral branches overhanging the garage by approximately 3m.

T6 Multi-stemmed Holly on rear left hand boundary - Reduce the overall height by up to 3m and trim and shape the remaining canopy to create a more compact and balanced form. T8 Pear adjacent to the rear decking area - Reduce the height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1.5m, maintaining a natural shape and remove major deadwood. T9 Oak adjacent to the rear decking area - Reduce the height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1m, maintaining a natural shape and remove major deadwood. T10 Ash on rear boundary - Remove a selection of small lower laterals on lowest limb extending towards out building along with deadwood.

G1 Lawson Cypress on rear boundary - Crown reduce the overall height by up to 1.5m and trim and shape the remaining canopy to create a more compact and balanced form. T6 Sweet Chestnut on rear left hand boundary, leaning heavily over neighbouring garage - Section fell as close to ground level as possible.

T1 Sycamore - Remove low lateral branches over and behind the garage roof to give 1m clearance all round. Raise the low branches over the garden to 5m taking back to main stem including trunk epicormic growth. T2 Hawthorn - Reduce all over by 1m and cut back over hang to boundary line, shape to keep a balanced crown. T3 Maple - Remove x3 low large lateral branches over the clients garden taking back to main stem.

Large Pine tree at front of property - Reduce to ground level. Robinia and Holly - Prune back lower branches overhanging garage roof by approximately 3m. Row of Conifer trees at side of house - Reduce height by 2m and prune sides by 1.5m. Cherry and Hawthorn trees - Prune back by approximately 2m. Row of overgrown Holly trees at rear boundary fence - Reduce height by approx 3m and prune back by 2m. Overgrown Conifer on garden fence line - Dismantle and remove.

G2 Area of Box hedging in south-east corner of property - Cut hard back to approx 10cm from ground. T1 Small Malus on southern boundary behind Box - Remove 2 branches towards fence. Reduce remaining tree to shape and tidy. Reduce Pyrocanther behind to shape and tidy. T2 Large Malus at front of Box area - Remove secondary stem leaning towards garage. Prune to reduce remaining tree by approx 0.5m to shape and tidy. S1 Additional Pyrocanter on southern boundary - Trim hard back to shape and tidy. T3 Large Arbutus adjacent to Acer on north side of Box area - Reduce by approx 2-3m.

T2 Robinia on left hand side of garage entrance - Reduce height and radial spread of canopy by up to 2m, including the removal of one limb hanging low to ground. T6 Plum in enclosed rear garden - Reduce height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 2m and shape accordingly. Remove one lowest limb extending towards boundary fence. G1 Holly and Hazel on right hand boundary - Reduce height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 2m and shape accordingly. Remove major deadwood from Holly. G2 Plum trees x3 on rear right hand boundary - Reduce overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 3m, cutting back to appropriate growing points where possible. Remove major deadwood. Re-shape and cut back from neighbouring garden of one smaller Plum.

T1 Sweet Chestnut on rear right hand boundary - Cut back to boundary line lower epicormic growth only (growing over neighbours garage). T2 Thuja on rear right hand side - Cut back to boundary line and reduce by 3m. T3 Holly within right hand boundary - Fell to as close to ground level as possible. T4 Oak on rear right hand boundary - Crown raise to finished height of 5m by reducing lower branches only by 3m. Remove major deadwood. T5 Holly on rear boundary by summerhouse - Crown raise to finished height of 5m. Remove major deadwood.
