T1 Gleditsia - Remove branch overhanging the garage roof and reduce canopy by 1m and re-shape.

Large Pine tree at front of property - Reduce to ground level. Robinia and Holly - Prune back lower branches overhanging garage roof by approximately 3m. Row of Conifer trees at side of house - Reduce height by 2m and prune sides by 1.5m. Cherry and Hawthorn trees - Prune back by approximately 2m. Row of overgrown Holly trees at rear boundary fence - Reduce height by approx 3m and prune back by 2m. Overgrown Conifer on garden fence line - Dismantle and remove.

T2 Robinia on Lubbock Road boundary - Remove lowest branch over road back to source. Raise crown on car park side to 5m above ground level. Reduce remaining branches to provide a 2.5m clearance of building. T3 Cherry on Lubbock Road boundary - Reduce low branch overhanging road to first main growth point. G1 Yew & Sycamore on Lubbock Court boundary adjacent to rear corner of building - Trim to provide a 2m clearance of building/ balconies. T10 Cherry in centre of rear garden - Remove major deadwood. T11 Oak at bottom of rear garden on Redroofs boundary - Remove 1 dead branch. T12 Sweet Chestnut in rear garden on Redroofs / Beechbrook House boundary - Raise crown by 2m and remove 1 dead branch. T13 Oak in Beechbrook House garden on Thorndale boundary encroaching towards rear corner of building & balconies - Reduce lateral branches overhanging Thorndale by 2.5m. T14 Sycamore in Beechbrook House garden on Thorndale boundary encroaching towards front corner of building - Reduce lateral branches overhanging Thorndale by 2.5m.

G1 x3 Lime - Cut back all lateral growth from above the roof taking back to the main stem on the boundary line. T1 Pine - Reduce lateral branch (at 5m above ground level) by 2m to give 2m clearance from the neighbours roof. T2 Scots Pine - Raise x2 low limbs from above the roof to give 1m clearance.

Maple in rear garden, overhanging and touching roof of building within HSW timber yard next door - Raise canopy to clear building roof in height only by 3m.

T3 Beech - Reduce height by 4-5m. Reduce lateral spread on all compass points (where necessary) by up to 2m. Remove low lateral limb at 6m (over the roof). Raise to 6m. T4 Sweet Chestnut -Remove epicormic trunk growth to 5m. Remove small low lateral at 2.5m growing towards the property. Reduce central leader by 3m and shape to keep a balanced crown.
