Application for a scoping opinion in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 in respect of the part demolition and part retention of existing buildings including the extension of the existing multi-storey car park; the provision of new buildings ranging from 2 to 9 storeys (plus ground) and two tall buildings of 19 and 24 storeys (plus ground); mixed-use development comprising up to 100,000sqm of floorspace (up to 1,000 residential units), retail, leisure and office floor space and car parking, together with new and enhanced public realm, access and connectivity across the Site.
