Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 of permission 19/03027/FULL1 for conversion of a former care home (Class C2) to residential use (Class C3), replacement rear extension and associated works. Loft conversion and rear dormer window and two front rooflight. Single storey rear infill extension to vary condition 3 (approved plans) for the retention of expanded basement area as a further bedroom, associated internal alterations and provision of a rear basement window.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 to permission 20/01184/FULL1 granted for "single storey front, first floor side and part one/two storey rear extensions, enlargement of roof and installation of rooflights and rear dormer extensions to enlarge the ground floor dental surgery and to provide a total of 3 two bedroom flats on the first and second floors, with associated cycle and refuse storage, car parking and hard and soft landscaping" to allow increased width/size of ground floor rear

Variation of Condition No. 3 of Application Reference Number: DC/19/05239/FULL6 to allow for minor material amendments to the proposal comprising of connecting the main roof and the Garage roof and to incorporate a small dormer in the garage extension to accommodate a higher window and improve the headroom.
