Excavation to existing and proposed rear garden (adjacent public footpath at rear of the site) to create single level amenity area" to allow amendments to the approved scheme comprising: increased ridge height, provision of rooflights and additional window, rear dormer window with accommodation within roof of new dwelling. Minor Material Amendment to vary the approved plans of Planning permission ref: 19/04658/FULL1 for the Demolition of existing house and garage and erection of detached house with attached treble garage.
