Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Condition 2 ref: 21/02117/FULL6 (granted for the erection of a two storey side and rear extension, one storey rear extension, loft conversion, elevational alterations incorporating roof remodelling including new windows, dormers and roof treatment. Rear landscaping works and addition of new swimming pool) to revise the walls to be demolished as part of the development.

Amendment to planning permission ref 21/04940/FULL6: 1. Reduction in total number of windows 2. Reduction is total number of external doors 3. Reduction in total number of roof lights 4. Removal of the window arches to keep the design square and accommodate mechanical ventilation within the extension 5. Redesign of the external patio area 6. Relocation of the external gazebo 7. Addition of a side window to the utility room for ventilation purposes.

Amendment to planning ref 21/04130/FULL6 Rear Elevation: top left dormer to be reduced in width, 1st floor middle window to be increased in length, ground floor kitchen bay roof to be altered from pitch to flat roof .West Elevation: New side bathroom window with fully obscure glazing and only fan light to open for ventilation. East Elevation: Dormer to be reduced in width with no opening windows and fully obscure glazing, 2 new high level sky lights to allow natural light above eye level, first floor bathroom window to be moved closer to front of house.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 to scheme for which planning permission was granted at appeal under reference APP/G5180/W/19/3233665 for "Erection of detached three bedroom dwelling house, to include basement, ground and first floor. Creation of associated residential curtilage, vehicular access and car and cycle parking and refuse facility. Alterations to host dwelling including reduced balcony and repositioning of patio doors. Excavation to existing and proposed rear garden (adjacent public footpath at rear of the site) to create single level amenity area" to allow amendments to the approved scheme comprising: increased ridge height, provision of rooflights and additional window, rear dormer window with accommodation within roof of new dwelling.
