Minor Material Amendment for Variation of Conditions 2, 25, 26, 27 and 28 to allow alterations to the approved design, landscaping, boundary treatments and street furniture plus Variation of Conditions 10, 18, 24 to reconcile incorrect plan numbers for the following development: Erection of a new College facility (Class D1), creation of a new access and car and cycle parking, 3 substations, servicing, new public realm, hard and soft landscaping and other work.
