Minor Material Amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the variation of the approved plans under condition 2 of planning permission 21/01689/FULL1 granted for demolition of existing bungalow and erection of new detached house containing 5 apartments and associated bin storage, bike and car parking in order to change windows to UPVC windows on the front and rear elevation and exposed brick walls on the side elevation.

Variation of condition No. 5 of planning permission reference 98/03449/FULL1 (dated 26 July 1999 for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of detached building comprising 2 non-food retail units with access servicing car parking and landscaping), to allow for the sub-division of the approved Unit 1 into two sub-units and to allow mixed use retail (Use Class A1), restaurant/café (Use Class A3) and hot food takeaway (Use Class A5) in the newly formed sub-Unit A and to allow food sale retail (Use Class A1) in the newly formed sub-unit B.
