Amendment to planning permission ref 21/04940/FULL6: 1. Reduction in total number of windows 2. Reduction is total number of external doors 3. Reduction in total number of roof lights 4. Removal of the window arches to keep the design square and accommodate mechanical ventilation within the extension 5. Redesign of the external patio area 6. Relocation of the external gazebo 7. Addition of a side window to the utility room for ventilation purposes.

Request for the existing Pebble Dashed finish on external rear and side walls of property to be replaced with a white rendered finish. Including the new external walls for the 4m rear extension. This would match the white rendered finish that is currently on the front of the property.

Amendment to planning application ref: 19/04431/FULL6- The proposed single storey side extension is to be removed. Demolition of the conservatory to take place only with the bi-fold doors inserted into the existing exterior wall.
