Variation of Condition 16 of planning permission 18/02747/FULL1 (appeal reference APP/G5180/W/19/3227006) dated 18 July 2019 for the demolition of existing garages and The Cottage and the erection of 5 x 3-bed dwellings, associated parking and landscaping with amended visibility splays at the access to Lawrie Park Road to allow for an enlarged footprint (enlarged ground, first and roof plan), amended floor plan layout and fenestration/elevation alterations.

Variation of condition 2 (compliance with approved plans) of permission ref.20/01445/FULL1 granted for demolition of existing dwelling and erection of replacement detached two storey 5 bedroom dwelling including accommodation in roof and attached double garage with habitable room over, in order to allow for elevational alterations including removal of front roof dormer.

Minor Material Amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of condition 3 of planning permission ref 18/02209/FULL1 (condition 5 of 18/02209/RECON3) granted for demolition of existing dwelling and erection of detached three storey building comprising 4 two bedroom flats and 2 one bedroom flats with 6 car parking spaces and landscaping to allow alterations to the external materials schedule to include the replacement of external cladding to the upper floors and the entire rear elevation with a render finish.
