Part one/two storey rear extension, demolition of garage, erection of fence to the side and elevational alterations.

Removal of condition No. 7 of planning permission reference 19/04556/FULL1 (dated 17 July 2020 for erection of first floor extension to existing dwelling incorporating new roof, front porch, pitched roof over existing garage, elevational alterations and landscaping including fencing and retaining walls, formation of access on to Berens Way and subdivision of the plot and resulting building to form pair of semi detached dwellings) to allow changes to the gradient of the new access.

Conversion of garage into habitable room, erection of side porch, alteration to fence and elevational alterations including replacement of front door with window, new doors to rear, windows to flank elevation, and addition of entrance ramp.

Variation of condition Nos. 2 (Approved Plans) and 7 (Gradient) of planning permission reference 19/04556/FULL1 (dated 17 July 2020 for erection of first floor extension to existing dwelling incorporating new roof, front porch, pitched roof over existing garage, elevational alterations and landscaping including fencing and retaining walls, formation of access on to Berens Way and subdivision of the plot and resulting building to form pair of semidetached dwellings) to allow; - Fenestration changes through the approved building - Rewording and amendment of condition 7 (The gradient of the new vehicular access shall not exceed 1:8 at any point)

Minor Material Amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref 19/03329/FULL6 granted for erection of garage, pool house and open air swimming pool to rear, and bin and cycle storage to side, to include alterations to the front and flank boundary treatments to include low level brick wall with piers, fencing and timber gates.

Partial demolition, extension and refurbishment of existing building "Thirdsden Halls" including; demolition of existing rear section and attached garages, erection of single storey rear extension (replacing existing rear section), internal layout alterations, elevational alterations, erection of fencing and gates and formation of accessible ramp, installation of air source heat pump (NW elevation).
