T1 - T8 Sycamore trees along front and side boundary - Lift the lower canopy to approximately 5m above ground level overhanging highway. (to include dead branches). G1 Sweet Chestnut trees on boundary with Oakleigh Park Avenue, up to chain link fence - Section fell to ground level a selection of small dead Chestnut trees along boundary. Lift the remaining trees to create a clearance of approximately 5m above ground level. T9 & T10 Ash trees on corner with adjacent road, obscuring lamp post - Section fell to approximately 2m above ground level leaving within boundary lines. Cut back any further vegetation from around lamp post.

G1 Group of 7 Lime trees on front boundary - Re-pollard trees by pruning back to vicinity of previous pollard head (knuckles), taking care not to breach occluded areas. Estimated resultant height on completion of works (4m). T2 Goat Willow on rear boundary - Reduce height to approx 5m where main stem divides. G3 Group of 3 Hazels in right corner - Reduce to 1m above fence. G4 Group of 2 Hazels in neighbours (Ash Tree Cottage) - Reduce back to boundary and furthest tree to remove all sucker growth leaving just the 2 stems.

T1 Beech - 25% thin, deadwood and selective lateral reduction of upper south west lateral growing toward conservatory by 3m to good growth point. Minor (approximately 3m) lower lateral reduction of branches over boundary fence to good growth points. SUBJECT TO TPO 2199 (22.12.2006)

H1 Western Red Cedar hedge on rear boundary - Reduce the height by up to 3m, shape accordingly, trimming garden side and around outbuilding to create a tight and compact hedge. Lift the lower canopy to approximately the same height as fence (not including trellis) and cut all neighbouring vegetation back to rear boundary (current height of hedge is 7m). T2-5 Sweet Chestnut on front driveway - Remove all trunk growth up to crown break. T5 Sweet Chestnut on right hand side of driveway closest to road - Remove major dead wood in upper canopy. (Current height of all trees - 20m). T6 Sweet Chestnut on front right hand boundary on neighbouring side - Cut back to hedge line all branches extending over boundary, lower canopy only. Please note the cut back is only to be done from client's side. (Current height of tree is 15m). T7 and H2 Sweet Chestnut and Leylandii on left hand side of front boundary (neighbouring tree) - Cut back a selection of branches in lower canopy extending over boundary to face up the front on right hand side to create a more defined edge. G1 Group of 15 Lawson Cypress trees around rear boundary lines - Reduce down in height to match the 2 Lawson's that are next to the swing (no more than 2m) and trim up remaining sides to create current conical look if possible. T1 English Oak on rear left hand side - Remove all epicormic growth up to crown break. T2 English Oak on rear left hand side - Remove all epicormic growth up to crown break and sensitively reduce lower half of crown by no more than 2m. T3 English Oak on rear left hand side - Remove all epicormic growth up to crown break. Prune back all overhanging shrubbery on rear fence to the vicinity of the boundary line. Large Pine tree at front of property - Reduce to ground level. Robinia and Holly - Prune back lower branches overhanging garage roof by approximately 3m. Row of Conifer trees at side of house - Reduce height by 2m and prune sides by 1.5m. Cherry and Hawthorn trees - Prune back by approximately 2m. Row of overgrown Holly trees at rear boundary fence - Reduce height by approx 3m and prune back by 2m. Overgrown Conifer on garden fence line - Dismantle and remove.

T1 Sycamore in front of property, within boundary fence - Remove major deadwood, split and hanging branches, also trunk growth and dead ivy. T4 Beech on right hand boundary in rear woodland area - Reduce the overall height and radial spread to approximately 7m above ground level, cutting back to appropriate growing points where possible. T5 Japanese Privet - Cut back a selection of laterals extending towards property to create a clearance of approximately 2m. Reduce the remaining canopy by up to 1.5m to re-balance remaining crown. G1 Mixed trees on front boundary - Lift crown by approximately 3m. Remove major deadwood on Crab apple adjacent to main entrance. G2 Yew, Holly and Oak on front boundary - Cut back a selection of side laterals overhanging access road to Sainsbury car park. Cut back a selection of branches from Oak tree. G3 Maple and mixed trees - Remove one failed limb hanging across woodland pathway and reduce the remaining canopy by up to 2m. Remove major deadwood overhanging woodland walk paths. G4 Mixed vegetation on boundary with Beckenham Lane - Cut back a selection of branches overhanging boundary wall towards footpath.

T1 Conifer on left boundary adjacent to house - Cut to ground level. T2 Conifer on left boundary adjacent to Yew - Cut to ground level. T3 Yew on left boundary - Fell to ground level. T11 Conifer growing through fence - Fell to ground level.

T2 Palm trees x 2 - Fell. T3 Lime - Cut back to previous pruning points above the boundary. Clean out excessive epicormic growth at old pruning points. T4 Lime pollards x2 - Fell. T5 Lime - Cut back to previous pruning points above the boundary. Clean out excessive epicormic growth at base and old pruning points. T6 Elm (small) - Fell. T7 Leylandii - Remove lowest cluster of branches on garden side and tidy exposed trunk. T8 Cherry - Fell. Cut back all remaining boundary trees that are encroaching from lake side to previous pruning points above the fence.

T1 Apple - Reduce the height and spread by up to 1.5m, to previous reduction points, pruning the branches on the neighbours side harder to reduce overhang. T2 Yew x 2 on right boundary - Reduce height of tree closer to the house level in height with adjacent fence. Reduce second tree as appropriate to match the new height of the first tree.
