Minor material amendment to application 19/01637/FULL1 under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of conditions 2, 11, 12, 19 and 23 granted for construction of two three storey buildings, one building with rooms in the roof to provide 24 residential units, with associated amenity space, landscaping, new vehicular access, car parking, refuse and recycling storage and cycle storage in order to allow changes to the nomination of units as wheelchair units, internal re-configuration of units with the addition of en-suite bathroom (Block A), additional bedroom within the third floor and wheelchair access (Block B), repositioning of a lift shaft, service core and internal staircase, elevational changes, repositioning to door openings to private terraces, and revisions to architectural detailing.

Variation of conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of planning permission granted under reference 19/00539/FULL1 (permission granted for demolition of existing two storey classroom block and single storey nursery building and erection of part one/two storey classroom block with rear roof terrace and internal alterations to existing single storey building to provide nursery accommodation, with associated landscaping, alteration to vehicular and pedestrian access and car/cycle parking arrangements within and adjacent to the school site) to allow for amended phasing of the approved development and associated provision of details pursuant to conditions including Construction Environmental Management Plan. Removal of condition 12 relating to details associated with junction/visibility splays at Kingsworth Close and Cobalt Close.

Variation of conditions 2, 5, 6 and 7 of planning permission 17/03600/FULL1 (dated 6 October 2017 for Proposed demolition of the existing concourse, new pedestrian entrances and construction of a new concourse with reception area) to allow for alterations to the concourse/staircase, landscaping, external materials and window details.
