Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Drawings) of planning permission 20/05155/FULL6 dated 08/12/2021 for (Erection of part single storey/part two storey side and rear extensions in connection with loft conversion) to allow alterations including: external insulation/cladding, fenestration alterations and insertion of additional windows and rooflight windows, extended roof to garage and front bay window, internal alteration to provide ground floor WC, alteration to forecourt to provide parking space.
