Minor material amendment to application 19/04322/FULL6 under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of condition 2 (approved plans) granted to - demolish existing garage and construct new single rear and side extension including new garage - to allow for the front porch to be partly brick built, alteration to window on western side elevation and block paving to front drive.
