Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the variation of Condition 12 of planning permission 20/04432/FULL1 approved for demolition of the existing workshop and construction of residential block for 7no. 2 bedroom apartments together with ancillary refuse and cycle stores, in order to change condition 12 to be worded prior to occupation.
