Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 of planning permission ref: 20/02453/FULL1 granted planning permission for 'demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two storey replacement dwelling with basement car lift, and accommodation in the roofspace' and planning permission ref: 20/02453/RECON approved for 'external and internal changes including changes to the windows and stonework to the front and side elevations, introduction of a sliding glazed screens to the ground floor rear elevation, repositioning of chimneys, internal rearrangements and elevational alterations' to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans) to allow for revised ground floor layout to include construction of an attached double garage and gym.
