Removal of condition 12 relating to details associated with junction/visibility splays at Kingsworth Close and Cobalt Close.

Demolition of existing rear extension. Construction of a single storey rear extension with rooflights, roof alterations including enlarged rear dormer flush with the rear wall, fenestration alterations, and alterations to front drive to include new vehicle access/crossover, removal of tree and associated landscaping.
