Amendments are sought for; minor façade changes; internal alterations; the removal of two redundant chimney stacks, the replacement of the roof and the provision of a rear roof dormer, in order to substitute the approved 2nd storey apartments with 3 larger duplex apartments (the reduction in one residential unit).
