2-4 Ringers Road and 5 Ethelbert Road: Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a mixed use development comprising residential units, ancillary residents' facilities (including co-working space) and commercial floor space (Use Class E) across two blocks, along with associated hard and soft landscaping, amenity spaces, cycle and refuse storage (Revised scheme incorporating a second stair into Block A and Block B, internal layout and elevational changes, and changes to the on street parking bays and footpath along Ringers Road and Ethelbert Road).

Demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the site by the erection of a four to eleven storey development comprising 254 residential units (130 one bedroom; 107 two bedroom and 17 three bedroom) together with the construction of an estate road and ancillary car and cycle parking and the landscaping of the east part of the site to form open space accessible to the public.

Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 3 (surface water drainage), 6 (bicycle parking), 7 (surface water to the highway), 8 (Designing out Crime measures), and 9 (hard and soft landscaping) of permission 19/00539/FULL1 granted for demolition of existing two storey classroom block and single storey nursery building and erection of part one/two storey classroom block with rear roof terrace and internal alterations to existing single storey building to provide nursery accommodation, with associated landscaping, alteration to vehicular and pedestrian access and car/cycle parking arrangements within and adjacent to the school site to allow construction of canopy to nursery (amendment to approved plans) and rewording of conditions 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 to reflect phasing of development.

Variation of conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of planning permission granted under reference 19/00539/FULL1 (permission granted for demolition of existing two storey classroom block and single storey nursery building and erection of part one/two storey classroom block with rear roof terrace and internal alterations to existing single storey building to provide nursery accommodation, with associated landscaping, alteration to vehicular and pedestrian access and car/cycle parking arrangements within and adjacent to the school site) to allow for amended phasing of the approved development and associated provision of details pursuant to conditions including Construction Environmental Management Plan. Removal of condition 12 relating to details associated with junction/visibility splays at Kingsworth Close and Cobalt Close.
