Variation of Condition No. 3 of Application Reference Number: DC/19/05239/FULL6 to allow for minor material amendments to the proposal comprising of connecting the main roof and the Garage roof and to incorporate a small dormer in the garage extension to accommodate a higher window and improve the headroom.
