Variation of Condition 5 of planning permission 18/01451/FULL1 dated 4 June 2018 (for demolition of existing dwelling and erection of a replacement two storey five bedroom house with basement and integral double garage) to allow for: Reduced size and repositioned basement/lower ground floor area, Reduced size and Repositioned basement lightwell, Reduced/repositioned retaining wall and balustrade, Elevational/fenestration and door alterations, omission of brise soleil (sun louvres) and external material alterations, Internal floor layout alterations, (Retrospective).
