Raising roof ridge height with rear dormer roof extension and installation of 1no front and 4no side rooflights to facilitate loft conversion) to allow removal of the existing brick porch and replace with a new porch infilling the recess between the two adjacent bay windows, and alteration to rear ground floor fenestration.
