Alterations to existing dormer roof extension including reduction in roof height, associated changes to fenestrations and restoration of roof apex.

Proposed replacement of non-original white uPVC framed glazed casement windows and external doors with new white powder coated metal framed double glazed windows and external doors in existing openings. Proposed internal alterations including creation of a guest bedroom and home office in the existing garage / utility room. The cills of the existing openings are lowered or built-up to suit the rearrangement of internal layout. Proposed replacement of existing garage doors with new white powder coated metal framed double glazed external sliding doors in the existing garage door opening, the head of the existing opening is raised to suit the internal floor level. Proposed new ground floor rear elevation opening with white powder coated metal framed double-glazed fixed light and external sliding door to suit the rearrangement of the internal layout. Proposed replacement of non-original uPVC front entrance door and side light with new timber boarded entrance door in the existing opening.

Works proposed are for new construction to extend residential property into the existing loft space.
