Works proposed are for new construction to extend residential property into the existing loft space. Works include: - Alterations to roof to change from a hip to a gable end - Rear loft extension to create two new bedrooms and a bathroom. - New 'velux-type' glazing into roof on front elevation - New window in gable end with obscure / frosted glazing (includes an openable light at 1700mm above level of step within center of window). - New glazing to rear extended loft with Juliet balcony. - New internal stair to connect existing first floor to new loft level.
