Proposed partial replacement of existing obscure glazed panes to existing crittall windows

Installation of new timber windows and reglazing existing windows.

External alterations comprising the erection of six replacement front ground floor level windows (two enlarged by lowering the cill height); installation of five ATMs following the removal of the 3 existing ATMs, improvements to the access arrangements including level access, erection of two internally illuminated fascia signs comprising of halo lettering and corporate logo, two externally illuminated projecting signs, five non-illuminated Vinyl signs to ATMs, and two non-illuminated name plate signs. Internal works comprising of rearrangement of layout and access; new partitions, doors and fittings; removal of walls/partitions; erection of panels; replacement flooring; and refurb works.

Changes to advertising, minor decorative alterations to shopfront and installation of new sash windows to replace existing fixed-panel glazing.

Installation of 7 no. door size fixed windows (following replacement of 3no. round windows) and two fire exits to gym area, next to installed windows

Proposed works to Central Hall to include brick repairs, repointing of all external elevations (to rotate where possible), else replace with hand made replica clay bricks, re-point brickwork with lime mortar, remove defective window reveal render and replace with lime mortar versions including and associated mortar fillets

Refurbishment works to a listed facade including the replacement of an entrance door to the ground floor shop front and replacement sash windows to first and second floors
