External alterations comprising the erection of six replacement front ground floor level windows (two enlarged by lowering the cill height); installation of five ATMs following the removal of the 3 existing ATMs, improvements to the access arrangements including level access, erection of two internally illuminated fascia signs comprising of halo lettering and corporate logo, two externally illuminated projecting signs, five non-illuminated Vinyl signs to ATMs, and two non-illuminated name plate signs. Internal works comprising of rearrangement of layout and access; new partitions, doors and fittings; removal of walls/partitions; erection of panels; replacement flooring; and refurb works.

Changes to advertising, minor decorative alterations to shopfront and installation of new sash windows to replace existing fixed-panel glazing.
