Amendment to consist of change of wording within Condition 3 to state: "Prior to the commencement of any development, excluding works of demolition and site preparation, details of the facing materials to be utilised in the development to which this permission relates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall then be carried out in accordance with the approved details."
