Change of use of existing care home (Class C2) to flats (Class C3) comprising 1 x three bed flat, 6 x two bed and 2 x one-bed flats and erection of 2 storey side extension and an additional storey on part of the existing building, front dormer windows and roof alterations. Discharge of conditions 3 (materials), 5 (surfacing & drainage of car park areas), 6 (boundary treatment), 12 (bin storage), 13 (construction method statement) and 15 (replacement trees) of planning permission 18/01886/FUL dated 12th September 2019.
