Refurbishment and Remodeling of existing office building, including rainscreen cladding to some external walls, single storey infill extension, enclosing existing external plant area, installation of EV parking spaces, together with new boundary fence and exit only gate.

Conversion and change of use from use class E (training, conference venue and office accommodation) to use class F1 Special Education Needs (SEN) School and erection of a lobby extension with Internal & external alterations to include alterations to fenestration, gates and fences, creation of new vehicle entrance, car parking, mini bus drop off and playspace to the existing site and buildings.

Replacement of the external escape/maintenance staircase with new enclosed escape staircase and provision of new secure mesh boundary fence to be installed along the existing timber fence, and Internally - Change of use at first floor of the existing Mental Health Unit, from outpatient clinic and offices to wards with sleeping accommodation (Class C2A Secure Residential Institution), internal alterations and refurbishment to create a ward for 8 patients, including building services alterations.
