Erection of 2 three bedroom detached dwellinghouses with associated access and landscaping after demolition of the existing garage. Discharge of Conditions 4 (trees), 6 (landscaping) and 7 (boundary treatment) of planning permission 20/01442/FUL dated 13th January 2021.

Works to Trees: (ID# T7) remove large Ash tree to ground level, (ID# T6) remove large Horse Chestnut to ground level at right side of garden. (ID #T5) Raise crown to 3m over garage. Removal of all deadwood.

Works to trees: T1- Remove ash saplings. T2 - Remove sucker growth from base of ash, T3 - Remove ash next to larger ash, T4 - Remove ash next to fence, T5 - Remove two ash conflicting with fence, T6 - Crown lift oak to 4m over adjacent residential garden, T7 - Remove ash with lean towards residential garden, T8 - Remove 4 hawthorn and 4 ash saplings to avoid future conflict with with garage, T9 - Remove ash leaning over concrete surface/building, T10 - Crown lift hornbeam to remove lower limb leaning on garage, T11 - Remove approx. 12 young ash and understorey vegetation to provide 3m clearance from garages.
