Erection of 2 three bedroom detached dwellinghouses with associated access and landscaping after demolition of the existing garage. Discharge of Conditions 4 (trees), 6 (landscaping) and 7 (boundary treatment) of planning permission 20/01442/FUL dated 13th January 2021.

Removal of existing temporary building and storage containers and the erection of two storey new buildings to provide offices (Class E) and Class B8 industrial units with ancillary retail/ trade counter and show room, car parking and associated works. Discharge of Conditions no. 3 (Materials), 20 (Trees and Shrubs Safeguarding) and 22 (Construction and Environmental Method Statement) of planning permission 21/00358/FUL dated 20th August 2021.

Works to Trees: E107/033 T3 Weeping Beech - To reduce spread and overall size by up to 2 metres, lightly thin out cluttered branches and raise canopy to about 3 metres above ground level - which is causing excessive shading - tree over boundary onto a public footpath interfering with the growth of other trees.

Works to Trees in Conservation Area: T1 - Ash -Poor Condition. Recommend felling. Remove to near ground level and treat stump with approved herbicide.

Works to trees: E107/039 - Maple Tree to be felled - leaning over the building and over neighbours property causing damage.

Works to TPO Trees:  T2 - Cypress - Die back from tip of crown to approx. 8m from ground level. Lower canopy appears to have good vitality. Remove dead section to viable lower growth.
